Indigestion/Heart Burn and anemia?

For the past four days i have been having really bad indigestion/heart burn- this is weird because it happens to me maybe once or twice a year- but four days in a row is strange. Also, I went to give blood today, and could not because i am anemic. I have given blood five other times, and have never had a problem with my iron.
Are these two linked? Should I be worried?
Also, I am taking a cinnamon supplement (its surprisingly good for you), a multivitamin and super-b complex. I have been taking these for about two weeks and haven't had a problem- and based on the research i've done- they should all be helping anemia and heart burn.
Any thoughts are appreciated.

I have herd that calcium could help with your troubles. be careful when buying though because some are not worth the gas you will spend going to the store no t to mention the high $ amount you will spend purchasing.
