Why am i getting indigestion all of a sudden?

i am female and 22 years old, and over the past few months i have stared to get indigestion. i had never had it before, i havent changed my diet, i go walking a few nights a week and am generally a healthy person? is there any reason why i have started to get indigestion>? should i be worried about it, im not pregnant either.

well it could be anything. sometimes the gall bladder acts up maybe you are eating hot foods if you do eat alot of that could be problems with gall bladder. its best to have doc check it out take care.

do u eat heavy foods at night b4 bed?

sometimes eating butter late at night b4 bed can cause this too.

take some antiacid tablets, drink enough water so your mouth wont get to dry.
