What exactly is indigestion and chest pain.?

i've been having chest pains all day. i'm over weight. but my pupils are still dialating, my arm isn't numb, nor i am not dizzy either. i know what is a gas pain. i'm scared if i might be having a massive heart attack. i'm 270lbs. someone please tell me what this pain i have might be. it also hurts inside my shoulder but a little lower. it hurts when i take deep breaths or when i move around. whats a chest pain and indigestion.

It could just be heart burn because of the type of diet you may have. Heart burn is just gas comming up your esophogus and your esophogus runs right behind your heart so when it comes up your heart hurts but there's nothing wrong with your heart. Take some antacids and try eating healthy and going for walks like an hour or two a day it'll help
