Can you get indigestion from eating and reading at the same time? |
... and can you get no indigestion from eating and reading the newspaper? you get indigestion if you read anything by Dan Brown no the idigestion is probably either what you are eating or maybe you are eating too fast. i dont think it is ..... You might not chew your food throughly -so maybe. If you are reading while lying down, probably. Reading has nothing to do with it, but if you lie down after eating it's easier for your stomach acids to rise back up. No, it's from the levels if acid in the gastric region...................... i think it would have to be Stephen King......or the political section.... No. Just quit pigging out. no |
