When having stomach indigestion, is this normal? |
It feels like someone is punching me in the stomach repeatedly. I've had issues with acid production before. I had an endoscopy to see if I had an ulcer, but was fine. I took Nexium for about 5 months. I've been REALLY stressed out lately. Last night I woke up and puked after feeling a dull pain in my stomach. Now tonight I have that dull pain again with heartburn. Is that a normal symptom of indigestion? I did drink a bit last night. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I'm not asking for a diagnosis. I know how to go to the doctor. If you drank, you made your chronic gastritis worse. |

Sleep at an incline, with your head higher than your tummy. Don't eat in the three hours before bed.
