What are the definate symptoms of indigestion?

Can someone tell me what the symptoms of indigestion are please.?. Also a good over the counter remedy other than rennies. Thankyou

indigestion. stomach cramps, bloated feeling, trapped wind, maybe heatburn. gaviscon is good and also milk of magnesia. my grandad used to get me to drink water with some bicarbonate or soda in. it makes you burp like mad so i guess it releases all the trapped air!

A burning at the top of your stomach. 2 drops of Angostura bitter mixed with tonic water works a treat.
