and tips you didn't ask for: not drinking enough fluids can make incontinence *worse*, as can caffeine and alcohol (at any time of the day). if I drink 64oz water per day the problem is more manageable. change pads often to avoid a bladder infection.

email me if you want. incontinence can be an embarassing problem to talk about, even with a doctor. the internet and email can give those of us trying to live with it some reassuring anonymity.
