I have incontinence and am interested in trying the penis clamps. Does anyone have any experience with them?

I have/had prostate cancer and had a radical prostatectomy. I now have incontinence and am looking for something better then diapers. I see a system that allows urine to be ported to a storage bag and penis clamps. Any suggestions?
