Kegelmaster for postpartum urinary incontinence? |
I'm wondering if anybody has tried this and/or if it works....I'm definitely interested in it as we're ttc #2 and i had severe incontinence for 6 months after my 1st. Any knowledge would be great. Thanks From what I heard Kegel exercises help a lot, I have not heard specifically about Kegelmaster, but you might try first to exercise without paying for the Kegelmaster (I have no idea how much they charge). It seems a much cheaper way and does work |
