How do I hygienically dispose of my adult incontinence products in public? |
I am so embarrassed. I'm an attractive 54 year old, profession woman active in sports and have a fairly high income however suffer terribly from incontinence. I am happy with my absorbent products but haven't found one way to discreetly and hygienically dispose of them!! HELP ...... My mother puts them in the hygiene box, that is in the stall. I don't know, what about the sanitary disposal bin, most public female loos have them. That's a hard one have you tried the pose pads, they are not much thicker then a maxi pad, and it would be just like throwing away a used pad while in public, which is no big deal for us women. i would probably bring a plastic bag, rap it up and throw it in the rest of the garbage, i've been through it i know...good luck use plastic bag for disposal its a better idea. |
