Fecal incontinence while jogging!?? |
I wake up at 0430 in the morning to start my daily work out jogging at 0530. Because I try to "empty" my whole body!!! try taking a daily dose of fiber - it works both ways. If that doesn't help, eat cheese the night before, it's constipating. If that doesn't work, try a but.t plug (yes, they really do make them). (apparently you can't use actual product terms). |
