I am afraid masterbation is causing incontinence? real question?

I would aprreciate doctors answers, but anyone may answer. The problem is I masterbate a lot and it gotten to the point where i guess i am dry so to speak i can fel my sphincter rubing and there is nothing to give. I notice that i kinda am leaking in dribbles in my pants I am freaked out. Should i be concerned? serious mature answers only please.

yeah you're exhausting your prostate gland, the thing that regulates the flow of fluids and semen.

Basically you need to reduce the number of times you masturbate. its not a question of never doing it again, its that that if you keep it up, you're looking at long term damage that can lead to early ED. Again I'm not saying masturbating is unhealthy, to the contrary, its a good thing - in moderation. But if you over do it not only are you affecting your overall potency (if you ever plan on having kids) but also your sexual and mental health.

Masturbation triggers the release of dopamine and endorphines (the two major chemicals associated with pleasure). The rush is not unlike what you might get from a hit of crack. The difference is that crack is very bad for you. On the other hand if you compare brain scans from a crack addict to a chronic masturbator you can see similarities in brain activity and even functioning - it can be an addiction.

If you cannot control yourself or at least manage a more moderate system, you should see an interventionist or sex councilor. While in the short term you're not talking about any serious health affects (the dripples in your pants is probably just fluid that didn't get released when you ejaculated), in the long run (like in five or so years) you're talking about seriouslly affecting your minds ability to produce and process certain chemicals crittical for mood. You may also induce worse psychological conditions and if you really keep it up, not only are you chancing your mental health, but your ability to have errections as well as prostate issues later down the line.

The solution: Control yourself!

What is "masterbation?"

Masturbation does not cause incontinence, BUT if you think something is wrong then consult a doctor.

The worst thing that can happen is you rub yourself raw or you get caught. ;-)

your masturbating does not cause any dribbling of urine

Try doing Kegel exercises to strengthen your PC muscle. The next time you urinate, try cutting off the flow, that is the muscle you need to exercise. Now that you know where it is, to can do sets of exercises throughout the day. I usually do my Kegels when I am sitting at my computer or riding in the car.

Don't masturbate so much and you will be OK. I've never heard of any serious medical problems related to male masturbation.
