It sounds funny i know - but its really getting me down, i have to keep changing my clothes[when theyve only been on for a very short time, i really soak myself yet i dont want a wee? Im also getting sore and chapped, and im afraid it smells! I also get it sometimes when i do anything like run, jump, laugh?? I would really appreciate some good advice on what i can do to stop this happening. Thanks The problem with incontinence is the feeling of guilt and shame taught to us by our parents, it lasts a lifetime. You need to go to the doc who will advise you what to do. You may have an infection so I would suggest you go to the doctor. Perhaps you need to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. These are simple and discreet exercises which you can do anywhere and anytime. Your doctor will be able to describe these to you. go see your doctor, there is a very simple operation you can have to sort this out pelvic floor exercises oh i know how you feel, i had a cold recently and the running nose was not the only thing i had to worry about. Buy some Tena lady panty liners, they do help a lot. also a trip to gp as there are things that can be done ofr us like physio etc |
