Prostate cancer 7 years ago, now with urinary incontinence?

My father had seed placement for prostate cancer 5 years ago and I was doing his laundry and noticed he has been either leaking, dribbling or something in his underwear. They were all VERY yellow, not sure what to make of this. Anyone have any suggestions

The muscles that control urine flow have been weakened any strain like coughing or lifting something may cause leaking without his knowledge a small pad or even tp will help. thank God he's a survivor

Take him back to the doctor because there are medications that can help with the incontinence. This does happen in some case when the person has prostate cancer but there are treatments.
