Wife and I interested in having a child using the sperm and egg of different people, and using IVF.? |
This may sound kinda funny, but me and my wife are ugly, not as smart as we would like to be, and have histories of different illnesses in the family and we want to have a child. However we are smart enough to realize that it is not a good idea to have a child using our genetic make up. We do still want to have a child, but we do not want to adopt (my wife wants to go through the experience of labor). We are thinking about using someone else's sperm and egg that are supposed to be of very high quality (little history of family illness, parents attractive, smart etc.) and then implanting the embryo in my wife. Im sorry to say that I dont personally agree with you. Hehehe. Two smart, good looking people can still have an ugly dumb kid. It happens. It's easy enough to find sperm. Eggs are a bit harder. Do a search on sperm banks and you can find a bunch of those. there is something wrong with this idea. it sounds like trying to create a master race. Unless one of you has a serious inherible disease it just does not compute. |
