Are there any other men with impotence who damaged their sexaul functioning during sexual activity?

I am certain that I damaged my sexual function at age 19 during sexual activity. I now have impotence, which I believe is due to nerve damage I sustained that night. Are there any other men who feel that they damaged their sexual system during sexual activity. I am a physician and not looking for a diagnosis- just wondering if there are other men out there with this problem. I have seen a handful of urologists and they have not heard of this problem.

I'm really pretty certain I have nerve damage (there is nothing else that can explain my symptoms, signs, and lab results), and am looking for others who damaged their nervous system during sexual activity. I do think the injury I suffered is rare and that is why I am looking for others with this problem. The doctors I have seen have not properly diagnosed this issue. (the details take too long to explain in a brief posting - thank you to those who answered my initial posting).

how did you "damage your sexual function" at age 19? it is very vague, no one can give you a definite answer

and what exactly is the "sexual system?" are you talking about the penis, brain or the nerves?

if you believe that it is due to nerve damage, by going to see urologist certainly won't be helpful; if you are really a physican, you should know that you need to see neurologist.

im not sure sorry i havent tested myself out yet so im scared of impotentecey. arent there pills that increase potencey and sperm count? or is nerve damage something different? also what were you doing so i never do that. just so you know i know a few different couples who one of them was infertile or impotent and the other stuck with them and they live a fun couple life together and are like 50 still doing fun things.
