an erection?
If this is truly the case, I would ask you to consider
hypnotherapy. (or maybe
biofeedback). IF this is in
your mind, then you need a
therapist to get in there and
release you. Likewise,
biofeedback will teach you
how to control your own thoughts,nerves and muscles
to produce what you want.

The only cure for any psychological problem would be talking it out with a Counselor or Psychologist. There is no pill that can magically cure a psychological problem, although some might help with certain mental ailments. Sorry, but good luck!
