Can Phimosis cause impotence? |
Can Phimosis cause impotence? no it can't. it may make the erection uncomfortable though i would think. I would be best to see a doctor to get it treated though. If you can't clean underneath the foreskin it may get a bit smelly. I wash under mine each day and don't have a problem. Just make sure the doctor give options more than just circumcision. i mean you wouldn't remove a toe just because an in grown toenail would you. Not necessarily, but it should be noted that phimosis isn't too difficult to cure (without surgery). =) If you know someone with phimosis, give him this link: Definately not - phimosis affects the integumentary system (i.e. skin) - not the reproductory system. It's not so much a case of Phimosis 'causing' impotence as the fact that Phimosis makes any kind of sexual activity really painful.!!! I don't think so. In the worst cases, phimosis can be 'cured' by means of circumcizion, but this should be a last resort! Why are you guys so afraid of circumcision? |
