Check your diet too, too many bad carbs like white bread, white sugar etc make you lethargic and less lively. may be both & also self confidence Impotence causes lack of interest, not the other way around. it could be a mixture of both, or one or the other, but if the problem persists, try with a different person as maybe the person you are with just does not turn you on. if you still can麓t then see a doctor It could be diet, are you over-weight? Could be either one, or both. Forget about it for about a week or two. At that point your sensitivity should be increased and even the most boring will seem suitable, and you should have no problem Not being able to get an adequate erection for men is called impotence. |

That's not a physical problem. If it were, you wouldn't be able to get hard at all. It's a psych problem.
