seriously, impotence has so many reasons that there probably isn't one simple answer. optimum health is a number 1 factor but high blood pressure(and the meds for it) diabetes, stress, some depression meds all can cause impotence. I am betting your number one answer will be no.

Don't listen to the Harry, it does help with impotence. Herbs treat many different things, and one just happens to be impotence. It does take a few weeks to work, though.
