The answer is no. And there is no standard for "over masturbation". The wrong diet over a period of time, riding a bike with the wrong seat, and ageing might. But not over masturbation. If my memory serves correctly men on "average" masturbate once per day (though some do it once a week). I've heard of men who masturbate 3 times daily and up to 10 times. Though 10 times is a little hard to believe if you ask me. But that's the information I've got. If you feel comfortable it's ok.
