I'm interested in Support Group in New York for Automatic Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator.Know of any?

i am thinking that your doctor or his staff might know of a support group- try to check with them

Hi Lora, no I am nowhere near New York, but have had a defibrillator for 2 years now. It has given me peace of mind to live as normal as possible. Getting as much info as possible may help you to deal with this, medication also is a main remedy to slow down the illness. I am very glad it was available for me and although life is not normal it has greatly improved in the last 2 years. Hope this helps::: Sandra
