Advice 4 impetigo?

recent i had impetigo (skin infection) and it has left a couple of marks on my legs. im going italy next month and i really dont want it to show when i go out do u no any good cream which will get rid of it

those marks are probably scars and will fade over time Until then wear clothes that cover them
