What is the fastest way to get rid of impetigo?

I have mild impetigo and it really sucks. What is the fastest way to get rid of it. How can i hide it

Wash the area with soap (like Dial)and warm sudsy water.
Pat dry then gently dab on Neosporin, Polysporin or similar.(You can buy these products over the counter at a drug store).
Repeat 2 or 3 times a day and before bed.
Do not try to cover it up to hide it or be touching it as it spreads easily as very contagious..

antibiotics- for a mild small area antibiotic ointment
larger areas or severe cases antibiotic pills
you can't hide it if it is on an exposed area as it will further irritate the area
it is contagious and is caused by strep or staph
while it is healing wash the infected area with clean gauze and antiseptic soap gently
soak any crusted areas with warm soapy water to remove the crusts
to keep it from spreading cover the areas with gauze and tape dressings - loosely
each person should have their own towels and keep infected towels and bed linens separate
use antibacterial soap to wash your hands and whenever possible paper towels to dry them so they can be disposed od immediately
