Any luck with covering up Impetigo? |
My friend has Impetigo! Is there anyone who has had luck covering the marks with makeup once they've began to heal? Does anyone have any reccommendations? Find something that fades the scarring. I would recommend a serum with a low alpha-hydroxy acid content in it to help exfoliate dead skin cells that cause scarring. On the face, I do not recommend anything cocoa butter based, as the pores will become clogged and can cause another flare-up. There is a product I have used that helps that has alpha-hydroxy acid in it. It is only available online, so if you want to know more about it, I can let you know via email and direct you to it. Just email me. |
