I can't find my daughter's immunization records. She was born in 1992. Anyone know the requirements for kids born in 1992 and requirements now? Contact your Local Health Department. All you have to do is call the docter that did the shots they can give you a copie and they can easily redo what they cant trace the best thing i can think of is going to see a health visitor or doctor. i think they would be the best people to ask. i can remeber that i had one for polo and diptheria when i was 15 in the last year of high school (that was 4 years ago) |
