Immunization? |
Any body here knows anything about immunization. I am currently updating my son's immunization record online and cross referencing it with the card that the doctor gave me which he signs every visit. But the names for the vaccine is very different from the website. In the online form, he's due for Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) but I can't find it in my immunization card. On my card I have: Diptheria, tetanus, Polio Salk, H-Flu (Hibititre), MMR, Pneumococcal Vaccine, Menningococcal Vaccine, and Hepatitis A&B. I'm really confused - HELP I'm going to guess that Haemophilus influenzae type b is H-Flu. Flu is short for influenza. H would stand for the Haemophilus. |
