Rubeola; Must have proof of immunization 1982 or later?

"Must have proof of immunization 1982 or later."

Does this statement mean that anyone born in 1982 or later must have this immunization? Or does it mean something else?

I think that there was a common vaccine given to kids at their school for mumps,rubeola and chicken pox.After that time the powers that be decided it was basically eraticated at large and they changed it to be done elsewhere to the parents choosing. So, if you are going to be exposed now-you must show your own proof that you had your shots.
