It is possible to determinate immunization through blood work? |
My school is asking for proof on inmmunization of mumps, rubella and measless. It is possible to determinate my immunization using the results of a blood work? since finding my records from my country is very difficult. Yes, call your doctor's office and get them to schedule you for blood titers for MMR and you should probably do Varicella and HepB while you are at it. hmmm... not sure if it's possible for MMR. for hepatitis you can check, so you probably could. i'm not 100% sure though no sorry You can get IgG titers drawn (antibody levels) against MMR. If the test results are equivocal, you may have to have the shot again. Yes you can have titer's drawn which will show what immunizations are in your bloodwork! |
