What kind of immunization to be taken for my baby aged 2 mos.?

What kind of immunization to be taken for my baby aged 2 mos.?

Not a question to be asking here. Your baby's doctor will inform you of everything that is required.

Oh my Gosh I'm glad you are asking this question! I would not have my baby vaccinated and there are a dozen MD's PHD's DO's etc on the Internet that tell you," WHY" not to get your baby vaccinated. Yes, your Doctor will tell you different because your Doctor had not investigated what is in in the serum. He only knows what the Pharmaceutical Representative has told him. One you can check is, Dr. Mercola's website just type in vaccinations in the window. I pray to God you do lots of research before you let any Doctor get close to your precious baby with any kind of needle. Homeopathic remedies work wonders with No side effects. Check that out also

Firstly congratulations on the birth of your little blessing.

I'm from the UK, and over here we have a standardised regime of recommended vaccinations, they are...

At 2, 3 and 4 months old
Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), polio and Hib (Haemophilus influenzae type b), meningitis C

Between 3 years 4 months and 5 years old
Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough) and polio, measles, mumps and rubella (MMR)

I don't know what it's like in other countries, but I know a lot of medical treatments and drugs are released for use in other countries long before they are allowed to be released here. All our vaccines are thoroughly tested before they are allowed to be administered here.

I am in favour of alternative therapies, I believe they are a very important aspect of treating some conditions, but homeopathic remedies *cannot* make the human body create antibodies to protect itself against some of these diseases, which in a small baby with an undeveloped immune system could have very serious repercussions

Also there are dangers in a small child contracting a disease, being unwell and passing on the disease to an adult who has not been immunised as a child.

For example Mumps can cause infertility in adult males, and rubella can be very dangerous to a pregant woman as it can cause birth defects.

I would recommend visiting a forum for Mums with babies the same age as yours. This is a good site http://www.thebabycorner.com/boards/foru...
Also perhaps join a mother and toddler group (if you have them where you are)

I don't agree in having every vaccine going, but a little bit of research should help reassure you in whatever decision you make for your baby.

Wishing you lots of luck in your decision.
