Who do I ask to find my immunization records? |
I KNOW I had my shots for a particular vaccine, but I don't know the date I had them. I need it for college records... should i just guess? your doctor should have a record of them your local shire or school should have some sor tof record They are proof that you are a fully immunized child, ask your mother about it because she's the one who took u in health center for your immunization. The Doctor. If he doesn't have the records, try the health department. If not there, then I would try places that you needed proof of the records, such as the school clinic or administration.
