If I have an auto-immune definciency disorder, why shouldn't I boost my immune system?

An auto-inmune disease means that your inmune system attacks itself (its own cells and organs) and that's what makes you sick. if you "boost" your inmune system (although i don't really know how you can do this, or why you want to do it) then this will just make things worst, as "boosting" your inmmune system will only make it "attack" your own body more aggressively.
