What are some methods for gaining weight back quickly?

For some reason (probably stress) I have lost about 20 lbs in the past 2 months. I've gone from a very healthy 5'4'', 120 lbs to almost 100 lbs. Its taken a major toll on my immune system, I just missed an entire week of work fighting off a sinus infection that should have been over in a day or two.

I work a desk job and try to eat whenever I have a free moment but I'm just never hungry. I'm the chief breadwinner, cook, maid, bookkeeper and caregiver to my very bright, but very troubled husband who suffers from Borderline Personality Disorder. I'm also managing my own Bipolar Disorder and working a demanding job at the same time. I'm doing all of this and I'm only 21. I think the weight loss started when I had a pregnancy scare back in January.

Has anyone ever had weight loss due to extreme stress? How did you gain the weight back? Please help!

I assume you're on medication. You should get counselling along with the medication for best results.
You just plain have to eat more- even when not hungry.
If exercise makes you get an appetite, then try that.

krispe creams

Much starch, much sugar, much sleeping hrs and less walking.

more intake of high calories of food, less stress.or visit ur health food store n buy weigh gain drinks.

I've had extreme wait loss due to stress before. Everyone thought it was because I did'nt eat enough, but I was never really hungry. I was'nt really underweight, but if I kept up with my habbit of not eating a lot, it could have come to that. I don't know how any of it really happened, but I'm at a healthy weight now. For me, I just forced more food down everytime and it got easier to eat on a normal schedule. It may not be the right way, but I'm at a healthy body weight now. Good luck gaining back the pounds!

To gain weight you have to eat more calories than you burn. When adding calories, try to stay away from adding too much fat. While you can get fat from eating carbohydrates or protein, your body likes to use carbohydrates as fuel more than fat. To gain muscle, in addition to eating more you have to stimulate your muscles enough through resistance training that while they recover, they'll get bigger and stronger. To get an efficient workout you might want to join a gym if you aren't already a member.
