Does anyone think the acne epidemic was caused by vaccines?

We know acne is an inflammatory disorder having to do with the way the stress hormones and immune system work with each other.

Nothing environmental should matter, acne outbreaks well into adulthood is abnormal.

They have just come out with an acne vaccine and they say it has gotten very good results in clinical trials.
What should we think about acne and the immune system?

Acne is partly hormonal partly bacterial. Blame McDonalds. The current generation of teens and young adults were raised on that greasy crap and of course the amounts of sat fats and trans fats floating thru your system will eventually cause your normal body functions to change. Your body cannot process all those greasy fats fast enough so they build up in your system which turns into a bacterial infection leading to acne. Same reason so many young adults already have high cholesterol problems as well. Many have cholesterol numbers of 40 and 50 year olds.

Acne is caused by the staph bacteria so there is NO epidemic of it so to speak. We all carry the staph bacteria in our bodies all the time but it is usually under control. When you get acne it is caused by the staph bacteria and since staph is contagious it can spread hence more acne in places. Vaccines did not have anything to with acne. It has been around forever but is more widely noticed as people talk about it more openly and there are many new drugs out being advertised for it so you hear about it more than you did years ago.

Maybe the immune system is compromised due to our lifestyles. Poor quality food (compared to 40 years ago), stress, toxic jobs and relationships, over use of antibiotics, sluggish digestive systems, etc....................
I'm against a vaccine for acne. Just another quick fix. Are the side affects worth the risk to have clear skin?

Acne has been around since mammals came into existance. Yes, even animals get acne. It is the result of the body changing or maturing and resultant chemical imbalances. Shots do only one good thing. They enrich the seller of the product.

Keep your face clean. Get plenty of sleep. Eat a balanced diet. Suffer through it like everyone else does. Realize that when you look in the mirror that you see far more than most people do. Stop picking, squeezing, and rubbing that thing. You will just irritate it or cause it to get infected.
