How ugly are ileostomy scars?

will i be able to belly dance or wear bikinis ever again?

Sure, the more important is to get out of your medical problem and once fully recovered, some reconstructive surgery can improve so much the little wounds that only you will always see them.
Remember, first recover and that needs already a lot of energy.
Then go for the second priority, the little scars that only you know what they mean.
Nobody will prevent you to have a beautiful body shape just because of ileostomy scars.
