How can you lose weight with an ileostomy (stoma)?

Have a look at http://www.ostomates.org/cgi-bin/yabb2/Y... That's a forum specifically designed to support ostomates on their weight loss quest.

The people there have tried various diet/groups. One of the most successful there lost a heap of weight using Weight Watchers.

Good luck.

If you don't eat.

It is possible to have less absorption in the intestines.
