Trouble breathing (first post lol)?

Hi :) this is my first post i am hoping you all can help me out a bit. Lately i have noticed a few things with my health, and i no your are probs going to say get to the doc but i dont want a fuss (yeah i no its their job but still) one is that i have noticed a change in my breathing when i am lying down.I am not gasping for air but i feel that i am not getting enough and its more louder than normal. Not really sure hw to describe it. Secondly i dunno if this is normal but i have noticed that my toenails are blue even tho its not that cold..and also i feel tired all the time. I no everyone does at one point but its really not normal 4 me anymore
My back ground just incase it helps. i am only 16 i am about 5'6/7 and 8.8 stone i had ulcerative colitis but now i have a ileostomy done last year. breathing has nothing to do with it but still thought it mite help you answer..probs not tho lol.

You're dead right Jayjay. Everyone with any sense on here is going to say..........go to the doctor. With your past history, it's best to be on the safe side; no one will think you're fussing over nothing. My guess would be that you're anaemic as a result of your UC but you won't know unless you go!

If you feel tired all the time, you could have ME. I really really think you should go to the doctor.

I would suggest you to go for reiki treatment . You can approach <a href="http://www.reiki.jdvm.info"> Mother's Healing Choice Center </a> where you can get solution for that.
