Hysterectomy??? |
My sister wants to know? Do you loose all feelings? Dr tells her it is neccesary. I had one 20 years ago when I was 23 and the only feelings I lost was the pain I was going through before the surgery. If your talking about sexual feelings, no she won't loose those. As a matter of fact most women's sex life improve greatly after a hysterectomy. Just tell her to give herself plenty oftime to heal and she'll be better than before. Good luck to her. Feeling during surgery? or after the sugery..u shouldn't unless the surgen nicks a nerve...Pretty rare. i've heard feeling don't change you just can't have children All feelings of what? I had one 7 years ago when I was 38 and nothing changed. Just no more painful cycles. I still have an ovary so i don't have to take any hormones and haven't gone through that cycle of life but I still have plenty of feeling(s). |

She most likely has an infection, if you can look at the wound, see if it is red or swollen at all....if it is she needs to get to the hospital...it means that her incision is infected and needs to... I had my hysterectomy when I was 29,I had to have it as my period,s were coming + going whenever (too many accidents with light colour clothes)And I never had my tubes tied.But they left 1 ovary i... For mine I had a Cancer surgeon do the work. Even though there was no cancer, they really know their way around a Fallopian tube ! ... |
