Hysterectomy...? |
is this an invasive surgery? what is the estimated recovery time? I had a complete hysterectomy at age 32 (now 45) due to many female problems. However, I worked with my doctor for over 2 years before we came to this decision. i had one last year and it went great recovery time six weeks Major surgery whether vaginally or not. BTW, don't have it done vaginally, too many problems. Recovery can be at least 6 weeks to several months. hysterectomy is an invasive surgery a minor type of surgery,. It is an invasive surgery. If all goes well, total recovery time is about 4-6 weeks, of which I mean you can resume all activities. It helps if you are in tip top condition before the operation. Check out webmd.com and key in hysterectomy. Interesting. This will tell all. |
