Hysterectomy questions? |
It seems as though I keep hearing of so many peope I know needing hysterectomy. What leads to this? The one thing I seem to see that these people have in common is the fact that they had thier tubes tied years before. I worry because I am 29 yrs old and had my tubes tied at 25 yrs old. Does that lead to a hysterectomy? When someone does have a hysterectomy will they be on hormone pills? I had my hysterectomy when I was 29,I had to have it as my period,s were coming + going whenever (too many accidents with light colour clothes)And I never had my tubes tied.But they left 1 ovary in so as I wouldn,t have to go on hormone pills Back in the days when I had mine done it was a big deal,but these days its easy as.Hope this answer helps...Liz.
