Hysterectomy and big belly?

I have never met anyone who did not develop a big belly within a couple of years of having a hysterectomy. I had a great figure before my hysterectomy, remained active afterward, did all of the belly excercizes and yet I still have a pregnant looking belly. Is there anyone who has not developed the big belly, and what did you do to stop it?

Save up your money and go to brazil for a tummy tuck, They are about half the price there because so many american go there for work.

Unfortunately amercian docs dont tighten the muscle when they do the surgery because its "not their job" nor do they warn you that it can and will happen. It leads to you making you feel like you did something wrong adding to an already hormonal situation.

i know someone, but u know we all come in diff sizes and shapes, so that might b just her body type...
plus a little pouch underneath could be sexy...indian bollywood girls have it...
all u need to do is excise that belly regularly making sure u eat healthy...she eats really healthy and exercises all the time...ur belly will go down, but not totally...but a little down is better than none...but please b careful cause it is dangerous to do push ups, since u had surgery ur pelvic area might be really sensitive and ur stomach tooo..dont overdue it....
ur healthy thats all that counts

First off.........read SUSAN WEED...........YOU WILL LOVE HER AND YOURSELF.

1. exercise on your bed doing leg lifts and crunches, then legs up the wall which is a yoga pose............also crossovers, but the LEGLIFTS DO IT ALL.....crunches with elbow to knee are amazing for a real waist which i had never had.

2 hormonal considerations.............try a natural approach rather than hrt by finding a naturopathic doctor or chinese herb person............ hormones will extend the abdomen in that warm, round womanly way that mass media advertisers spend billions trying to tell us is unwomanly lol

yoga is the best for central core strength and peace post hyst..........find a studio run by a real yogic practitioner and ask for the "bliss class"...........then hit the sauna and the hot tub and the pool

hey its summmer

get fresh carrot juice with celery and ginger and beets with spirulina added

take acidophilus kept in the refrigerated section

drink aloe juice by george's

you are a beautiful woman!
