Hypothermia not sure if i get a mild case of this can you help me figure it out!? |
every time i take a shower or a bath when i get out i get extremly cold, i start to shake and breath funny! some times my fingures feel numb or tingely.. my ears start to hurt and i just shiver it takes a little bit to warm up! about 15-30 minutes... i have went to 2 doctors about poor circulation and both say i'm fine! Before you shower, heat up a towel in the dryer, wrap it in a plastic bag to maintain the heat, take your shower, wrap and dry with a nice warm towel. You don't have hypothermia. Sounds like you have a circulatory issue. If you are cold all the time, then you should see a doctor. Could be more of a vitamin deficiency, definitely get to a doctor to get diagnosed. Try breathing into a paper bag. I think that might help you. I would consult a physician. There may be a condition causing this, perhaps circulatory. We must not diagnose here. I do wish you the best in finding a solution. Hypothermia would be if you were out in the cold and your body temperature dropped. Yours sounds like a circulatory problem. Talk to your doctor... If you get hives when this happens, it is called cold urticaria. It's not hypothermia. You need to see a doctor. In the meantime, you can lower the temperature of your shower to help ease the effects. |

Non-communicable, acute. ...There is no gland called the hypothermia gland....hypothermia means low temperature. You probably mean the hypothalamus. Most people who are overweight have completely normal hypothalamus's.... Theoretically, it's one of them... once you get used to the cold. Actually, I think I'd prefer just dying in my sleep. ...If they couldn't find a pulse, that's normally not a good sign. It really depends on how long his heart had stopped to determine the chances that they'll be able to get it started ag... you have to warm them up slowly..if warmed up too fast its dangerous ...As joe Paramedic said, this can be something wrong going with systemic irrigation... all the blood from one side of your boody can be in a way stopped, or the way to reach all the muscles and organ... Not in less you are in FREEZING cold water, and stay in it for a VERY long time. ...I took Lexapro for a while.....but before that I was taking Prozac....Lexapro was much better for me but I started having erectial issues.....(good and bad).....try to get a book on positive think... |
