What is the best and ultimate cure for hypothermia?

What is the best and ultimate cure for hypothermia?

In a hospital setting, we use a warming blanket and warmed IV saline. In the field, you insulate a hypothermic person with anything you can including your own body.

Not quite sure what exactly you are after with this question. The ultimate is not to be in a position where you are exposed to cold for periods of time that would induce hypothermia. If you Google hypothermia you will find some good information on the subject but basically when someone is say rescued from a mountain and has hypothermia they are wrapped in a special blanket which helps to slowly bring the body back up to temperature. Hot drinks will be given when appropriate and dependent upon the severity of that particular incidence of hypothermia.
