Weird question about disorders? |
ok so lately i have been in some difficult situations (trouble wise with my parents and my grades are slipping) and i dont quite know whats going on. I cant fall asleep at night (i feel tired but its almost like i don't want to go to bed), I have had thoughts about how much my life sucks and i hate it and i just don't want to be here anymore. I just want to jump in the lake and get hypothermia but the weird thing is i want to get hypothermia just so my parents feel bad for how they have been treating me. I feel fat and i just want to eat all of the time. i fall asleep during the day. my grades suck. my dad kicked me out and i had to move over to my moms and we fight all of the time. The simple answer - you're a teenager and no matter what anyone says, this is NOT the best time of your life! It sure as heck wasn't for me . . . . It could be as simple as sitting down with your mom and telling her how you feel. I think your disorder is that you're a teenager and you're experiencing some very difficult things but they are things that many teenagers experience. Are you the oldest in the family? It sounds like your parents don't know how to deal with a teen (the first one is so hard; we don't have a clue either). Talk to some friends or a teacher or counselor you trust and find some activities that you enjoy, art, sports, something like that. It'll help burn off some energy, you'll have fun, and you won't want to fight with your mom so much because you'll have some positive things to talk about. i would speak to your doctor or your mum and dad or anyone you can trust, to get your thoughts out Look into Yoga. It will smooth everything out for you and it will help with your self image as well. |
