Obviously, disregard things like hypothermia and just being cold.

When you take antipyretics meds; you sweat and the temperature of your body will drop. Other conditions for this drop in temperature is the luteal phase of a female during her menstrual cycle; bleeding which might lead to shock; . hunger and lack of sleep.

A sudden drop in temperature is typical in the final stages of shock; This is when the body has used up too much of its capabilities to try and return to normal levels, and essentially shuts down. Vitals like blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, and temperature plummet.
