Where can i get nursing care plan and diagnosis for hypotension?!?

can you please give me any nursing interventions for hypotension... please...

CRIB
run IV N/S fast, recheck BP
medical intervention, e.g IV dopamine

You need to addres the reason behind the hypotension. Is it drug induced by anti HTN meds? Or is it from dehydration, N/V, etc. Is the patient orthostatic and high risk for falls?

One care plan would be high risk for falls AEB unstable gait secondary to hypotension.

Or fluid volume deficit R/T inadequate fluid intake AEB deficit low blood pressure and dry skin and mucous membranes
