I have hypotension..what can i eat to elivate my B.P naturaly? drink more water!! avoid caffeine. get your meds evaluated by the dr. bitterplant commit a crime, speed down a windy road, rock-quarry boarding, go to a bad part of time and play "dodge the crackheads" you can drink chamomile tea..... and put some lavender oil a handkerchief, and when you feel your stress levels starting to rise, just take a moment and breath in the scent. it helps a little anyway....... A BANANA One of the best things to lower your BP is to lower your salt/sodium intake. Another thing is to limit your intake of pork products to a minimum. Anything that you eat or drink be sure to check the label for the amount of sodium, if it is high don't consume it. Also, try to get enough sleep and relax. ok dont know how to spell it but black licorice and it has to be the real stuff not dont know if you'll be able to find it but that will dont know how much though. |
