Does anyone suffer from major headrushes (orthostaic hypotension)?

i do.
Its caused when your blood pressure rapidly drops when you stand. It is more common among tall people (like myself)

It is espicially bad when i just get up or am really tired. My vision gets blurry and sometimes i experience momentary blindness. I get dizzy but i have only fallen a few times. I feel tremours in my legs but i dont think theyre actully moving because people around me sont seem to react. Sometimes a feel so woozy, they only way to make it stop it to sit down and close my eyes for a min.
Twice i fainted. I couldnt really move or open my eyes but i was completly consious and aware of what was happening.

i have not actually gone to a doctor and been diagonosed but i have done my research and am almost certain this is what i have. I have a reason for not going:

I actually enjoy it when i get head rushes, i no its twisted but its like being high....(i think, ive never rellybeen high.) Its fun to be dizzy and faint, and the momentary blindness amuses me....

i no there are drugs to treat this so i dont even want to see a doctor. its not affecting my life in any way except for sometimes i hit me head on stuff and that hurts abit.
Does anyone have ortostatic hypotension, is this wat youve experienced?

Uhhhh... I don't mean any offense, but liking the head rushes is not a good reason for not seeing your doctor. Unless you've been checked out by a doctor to be ok, orthostatic hypotension can be a complication of any number of serious diseases and severe cases of it can result in even heart failure.

I would suggest going to your doctor, self diagnosing isn't really a good thing, you may have something else wrong with you that you wouldn't think of. You can get hurt, when changing positions do so slowly allowing you body to "catch up" with you.

Yes, I do. It has come along for the ride with my Lupus. I do not enjoy any aspect of it. It can actually be dangerous. You can not predict where and when it will happen. Some days are worse then others. There are days when it makes my life miserable. This coming Wednesday I am having a tilt table test. You are tied to a table while being connected to EKG leads and defibrillator, just in case. The table will be tilted and returned to a supine position several times. It is meant to bring on the symptoms while being monitored. Then I will be put on medication in an attempt to control the symptoms. If you really believe you do in fact have this please go to a doctor.
