Does anybody know any exerises that might help me with....???

I'm 14 and got diagnosed with orthostatic hypotension. I get dizzy when I get hot, when im in crowds and when i get up too fast. Im going to the physical therpaist on monday, is there any exersies I can tell him about that might help with these feelings and my orthostatic hypotension??

I am a PT and you need to have your evaluation done before anyone gives you any exercises. The main thing with orthostatic hypotension is to stop for a second whenever you change positions to allow your blood pressure to normalize.
