Anxiety medication? |
basically all my anxiety is comming back at me. i cant concentrate in class because im too busy trying to figure my average out. i'm a sophmore and i'm already stressing over college and how i'm going to get through it when i have anxiety attacks from being separated from my house/family. every corner i see i think someones behind it waiting to stab me. being around people makes me tense up. i'm always overly scared, one thing after another. Yes I would definitely say that you need to go and speak with a professional about your situation. With regards to anxiety meds - most of them are addictive - Here's a website that I have often found quite helpful: You need to go and see your doctor straight away. Your personal life is being affected. Do not rely on theadvice of non medics formedication. You need towork that partout for yourself with your doctor as you have other medical problems. |
